RETURNS 

What can be returned?

 

In the event that your item is defective in anyway, not including wear from normal use, send it back to us and we will make sure to take care of you.

If Epicnes item is not what you expected it to be you can get a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. It is required that you first send the item back to us then. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

In the case of a return or refund, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable.

Epicnes is not responsible for return shipping costs. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for store credit or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

Contact us at info@epicnes.eu to reserve your replacement item. We are available to help with any sizing and fit questions, you may have. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

Carriers

We keep it simple and cheap. All orders are shipped using Global Mail, as a reliable and economical option that makes sure each and every one of our customers receives their order.

When?

In most cases, all orders confirmed before 14:00 EST are shipped same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 14:00 EST through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped by Global Mail. Item delivery is estimated within 7-14 working days of the order. International shipping outside EU may take longer due to international customs in any given region.

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted. 

Wrong address, non-received items and returns

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above information). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform when we receive the package. 

Taxes and duties

Customers outside the European Union will be responsible for paying any and all import duties, clearance fees, or other fees assessed during the transport of your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation needed by customs in buyer’s country are provided properly and in correct form.

Prices and Currencies

Prices shown and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries.

The final amount on credit cards may vary based on the fluctuations of currency and of the bank commissions. Epicnes kindly suggests customers to contact their bank and be advised about the value of the prices’ conversion and about the bank commissions related to the transaction.

Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR), and the final price will be calculated and charged by applying the exchange rate specific of the day of the transaction.

Promotion Codes

Clients who have been sent an Epicnes Code by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended.

ONLINE Products & Images

Epicnes declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.

Images on Epicnes belong to M.B.Sorama and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of M.B.Sorama is forbidden.
